ÖZ
Bu çalışmanın amacı insanlık tarihini inceleme ve anlamlandırma noktasında metafizik düzeyde ve toplumlar nezdinde de bir sosyal gerçeklik olarak tanrı figürü ile modem ve post modem dönemler içerisinde tanrılarınkine benzer bir takipçi kitlesine ve davranış örüntüsüne sahip olduğu düşünülen patron figürüne ilişkin tarihsel bir anlatı sunmaktır. Bu doğrultuda öncelikle Antik Yunan, Nors ve Sümer tanrılarına dair mitolojik anlatılara dayanan bir çerçeve çizilmiş ardından emek ve üretim sürecinin başlangıcına dayanan patronluk olgusuna değinilmiştir. Her iki figür otorite kavramı açısından değerlendirilerek, tanrılar, patronlar ve otoriteyle ilişkisel olan çeşitli literatür bulguları eşliğinde yorumlanmıştır. Sonuç olarak, çalışmanın ortaya çıkış sorunsalı olan “Patronlar tanrısallaşıyor mu? için bir cevap üretilmeye çalışılmıştır.

ABSTRACT
The aim of this study is t0 present a historical narrative about the god figure, which has a great place in analyzing and interpreting, ehe history of humanity, and he boss figure, which is dıought to have a follower mass and behavior pattern similar to hose of god in modem and post-modern period. In iris direction, firstly, a frame based on myıhological narratives of Greek, Norse and Sumerian gods was drawn and then e position of patronage based on the beginning of the labor and production process was mentioned. Bol figures have been evaluated in terms of the concept of authority, and interpreted in a systemic flow with various literature findings on gods, bosses and authority. As a result, it has been tried to produce an answer to the question of the emergence of the study "Are the bosses getting divine?.
